The instructions stated to be in the lobby at 4:20p for a 4:30p pickup. We were there at 4:15p. The lobby does not have doors or windows. It's like a huge covered patio. We were sitting in the location which the photos reflects. We never left that position. The hotel staff bellboy at Riu Baja California called Pez Gato who was the tour operator.
